All organizations registered to host a vendor table will be required to submit a certificate of liability insurance. This certificate must list both Arizona Science Center and the City of Phoenix as additional insureds.
The policy must provide Commercial General Liability (CGL) coverage with a minimum liability limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
The certificate must also include Arizona Science Center's address (600 E. Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ 85004) and be submitted to the Arizona Science Center no later than 14 business days prior to the event date. Organizations will not be permitted to exhibit at the event unless this certificate of insurance is submitted and approved by the Arizona Science Center by the deadline.
The registration fee is non-refundable, and refunds will not be issued due to an inability to provide such documentation.
