ASTRONAUT

EXHIBITION NO LONGER AT ARIZONA SCIENCE CENTER

3...2...1...LIFT OFF

Astronaut Closed May 31, 2021

Through hands-on and full-body displays, this revealing science exhibition investigates the reality of what it takes to be a space explorer. 26 exhibits relay the physical and psychological effects of living in microgravity on the human body and the technology used to complete a mission. If you have ever wondered what it’s like to live like an astronaut, this exhibition gives you the opportunity to find out.

This limited-time engagement focused on teamwork to solve problems, accurately perform tasks, and overcome challenges that an astronaut would face on a real mission to the cosmos.

Guests were captivated and surprised by this absorbing study into the importance of science in space and the future of space exploration.

Created by Scitech in Perth, Australia, and produced by Imagine Exhibitions, Astronaut is a fun adventure for all ages.
