POP: The Science Of Bubbles

Get ready to play with bubbles like you never have before—and learn some fascinating stuff along the way.

Your iridescent journey includes hands-on activities like making bubbles with wands of all shapes and sizes, bubble tables and giant bubbles created while you stand inside them.

The whole family will learn the science behind what makes bubbles even possible: Concepts like elasticity, surface tension, evaporation, and geometry all play into an educational experience bursting with fun. Learn More

 


The Science of Guinness World Records

All around the world, people are pushing themselves to achieve new and amazing things. From the world’s longest mustache (14 feet!) to the most drum beats in 60 seconds (over 2100 beats... or 35 per second!), to the most consecutive pinky pull-ups (36!), the world is full of fascinating people achieving strange and incredible feats.

The Art & Science of Arachnids features 3 themed cubes which hold 100 live arachnids. But the arachnophobes need not worry—you can enter without ever engaging with a live arachnid, but we bet you won’t want to miss them.


Astronaut

Through hands-on and full-body displays, the revealing science exhibition, Astronaut, investigates the reality of what it takes to be a space explorer. 26 exhibits relay the physical and psychological effects of living in microgravity on the human body and the technology used to complete a mission.


Victoria The T. Rex

Victoria the T. rex was officially announced to the scientific community today as the second most complete T. rex skeleton on record. Initially unearthed outside Faith, South Dakota, in 2013, Victoria has undergone years of meticulous research and restoration in order to earn this claim. Learn More.
